The use of fabric mulches to prevent pupation and emergence of insects with life stages in the soil

Description

Fabric mulches can be used in infested orchards to reduce the ability of Diaprepes larvae to reach the soil and pupate.  Mulches such as this can also hinder the emergence of adults (21) (65).
